Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized shopping experiences and expert guidance on jewelry collections, gemstones, and design specifications.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business through proactive follow-ups and CRM management.
- Maintain high levels of product knowledge, including trends in the luxury jewelry market and brand history.
- Actively contribute to store sales goals by applying innovative consultative selling approaches.
- Ensure the showroom reflects the brand's premium image through diligent visual merchandising and cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle customer inquiries with high professional standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding inventory requests, custom orders, and service repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury goods, fashion, or high-end jewelry sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade diverse demographics.
- Professional appearance and a demeanor consistent with a premium brand identity.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual and store sales KPIs.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle precious items with care.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer literacy.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
