As the face of our brand, you will play a pivotal role in creating a luxury atmosphere for our diverse international and local clientele.
We are looking for someone who doesn't just sell jewelry, but builds lasting relationships with our guests. You will be instrumental in showcasing our unique collections, ensuring our boutique maintains a world-class aesthetic, and facilitating seamless transactions. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized, high-touch consultative service to clients to help them find the perfect jewelry pieces.
- Maintain an impeccable boutique environment, ensuring displays are pristine and merchandise is beautifully presented.
- Execute precise inventory management, including restocking, cataloging, and performing regular stock counts.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining high standards of data integrity.
- Support brand events, trunk shows, and promotional activations to drive store traffic and engagement.
- Manage customer orders from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
- Stay up-to-date with current jewelry trends and brand specifications to provide expert product knowledge to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the jewelry, luxury, or high-end fashion industry.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a significant plus).
- Strong sense of personal presentation and a professional demeanor consistent with a luxury retail environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational needs.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to store cleanliness and organization.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic technical proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software.
