Tanggung Jawab
- Perform maintenance, repair, and calibration of jigs and fixtures at factory and client sites
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical support to production teams and resolve equipment-related problems
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed technical reports
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain effective communication with clients
- Ensure all jig and fixture operations comply with safety standards and quality requirements
- Stay updated with industry advancements and implement best practices in jig and fixture maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in jig and fixture maintenance or similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, precision measurement tools, and calibration techniques
- Experience with troubleshooting complex mechanical issues and implementing effective solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in mechanical maintenance or precision engineering is an advantage
