Tanggung Jawab
- Design and fabricate custom jigs and fixtures for manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop precision tooling solutions
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of existing fixtures
- Analyze production bottlenecks and optimize jig designs for efficiency
- Implement quality control measures for fabricated components
- Document technical specifications and maintenance procedures
- Train production staff on proper fixture usage and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in jig and fixture design
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks preferred)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and tolerances
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience with metal fabrication techniques and materials
- Problem-solving skills for complex mechanical challenges
- Basic knowledge of quality control standards (ISO 9001 advantageous)
