Mansfield Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Jigs, Moulds & Mechanisation Specialist to join our dynamic engineering team. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop precision jigs, moulds, and mechanisation systems using advanced CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Oversee the production and fabrication of complex tooling components to ensure strict adherence to engineering specifications and tolerances.
- Perform failure analysis on existing tooling to identify improvement opportunities and reduce production downtime.
- Collaborate closely with the production and assembly teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues in real-time.
- Create detailed engineering drawings, technical bills of materials, and assembly instructions for manufacturing.
- Estimate material costs and production timelines for new tooling projects to ensure budget adherence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in jig making, mould design, CNC fixture production, or mechanisation.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA) with a strong understanding of 3D modeling principles.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, material properties, and tooling life cycles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
