Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and maintain Jira Software and Confluence to support agile development workflows.
- Design and implement Jira Product Discovery (JPD) strategies to enhance product roadmaps.
- Manage user access, security, and permissions within Jira instances.
- Create custom dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Automate routine tasks using Jira automation rules and scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and governance gaps.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Jira Administrator or Configuration Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of Jira Software, Jira Product Discovery, and Confluence.
- Experience in creating JQL (Jira Query Language) reports and dashboards.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
