Are you an Atlassian expert looking to make a significant impact? Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Jira & Confluence Administrator to join our dynamic team in Taguig City. Tanggung Jawab
- Configure, manage, and optimize Jira and Confluence instances to support organizational workflows.
- Develop and maintain complex workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, and screens.
- Integrate Atlassian tools with external systems like Slack, GitHub, or CI/CD pipelines via APIs.
- Provide expert-level support and training to end-users to enhance platform adoption and efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure high availability and data security.
- Lead migration and upgrade projects, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless transitions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Jira/Confluence Administrator in a medium to large enterprise.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and how to map them to Atlassian tools.
- Proficiency in ScriptRunner for Jira, Groovy scripting, or similar automation tools.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve complex user inquiries.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Relevant Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-100, ACP-600) are highly preferred.
