Tanggung Jawab
- Customize and configure JIRA workflows, schemes, and permissions to align with organizational requirements
- Develop and maintain JIRA plugins and integrations to enhance functionality and streamline processes
- Create and manage JIRA dashboards, reports, and filters to provide actionable insights for stakeholders
- Train and support team members on effective JIRA usage and best practices
- Monitor and troubleshoot JIRA performance issues, implementing optimizations as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into JIRA solutions
- Stay updated with the latest JIRA features and industry trends to recommend improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Service Management with specific focus on JIRA administration
- Strong knowledge of JIRA workflows, schemes, and configuration options
- Experience with JIRA REST API and scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript) for automation
- Familiarity with JIRA plugins and integrations (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket, ServiceNow)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to train end-users effectively
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
