Join APSN Education Services as a Job Coach and empower adults with special needs to thrive in Singapore's F&B, Retail, and Hospitality sectors. You'll play a pivotal role in transforming lives by bridging the gap between education and employment. Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to assess students' readiness for internships and open employment, providing personalized coaching that builds confidence and vocational skills. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive readiness assessments for internships and open employment in F/R/H sectors
- Develop and implement individualized support plans with multi-disciplinary teams
- Provide on-the-job coaching and training for workplace skills and soft skills development
- Facilitate communication between employers, students, and families to ensure successful transitions
- Monitor progress and adjust coaching strategies based on performance feedback
- Collaborate with employers to create sustainable job opportunities and accommodations
- Document outcomes and compile progress reports for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in job coaching or vocational training for special needs
- Industry experience in F&B, Retail, or Hospitality preferred
- Certification in disability support or vocational rehabilitation advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Empathetic approach with proven ability to motivate individuals with special needs
- Proficiency in English with basic knowledge of other Singaporean languages
- Valid First Aid Certificate and CPR training
