Our Centre for Adults in Eunos is dedicated to providing vocational training and support services for persons with mild intellectual disabilities. We believe in the potential of every individual to contribute meaningfully to society, and you'll be at the forefront of this mission.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement individualized vocational training programs for adults with special needs in F&B, retail, and hospitality settings
- Conduct job readiness assessments and identify appropriate employment opportunities based on trainees' strengths and interests
- Provide hands-on coaching and support during job placements to ensure successful integration and performance
- Collaborate with employers to create inclusive work environments and provide ongoing support to both trainees and employers
- Monitor trainee progress and adjust training approaches as needed to maximize learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of trainee progress, employment outcomes, and program effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with adults with special needs or disabilities
- Experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality industry preferred
- Certification in job coaching or supported employment is advantageous
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about empowering individuals with special needs
