Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with account opening processes across multiple platforms and channels
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and account requirements
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns related to account setup and activation
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience
- Meet and exceed performance metrics for account conversion and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with product knowledge and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with customer service software
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and technologies
- Fluency in English and Tagalog; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
