PT Karya Muda Mudi Indonesia is seeking a motivated and results-driven Jr. Account Executive to join our growing sales team in Pancoran, Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our organization.
As a Jr. Account Executive, you will play a key role in introducing our company to potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that add value. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and generate new business leads through active prospecting and cold outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Introduce and present company products or services to potential clients in a compelling manner
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and account performance reviews
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or account management (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
- Resident of or willing to commute to the Pancoran, Jakarta area
