Tanggung Jawab
- Manage client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. mortgage processing inquiries.
- Analyze and verify loan documentation for accuracy and compliance with U.S. regulatory standards.
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders via email, phone, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Track loan status updates and provide proactive reports to clients and internal leadership.
- Support the sales and operations team by assisting in lead follow-ups and pipeline management.
- Ensure all data entry and record-keeping are handled with high precision and confidentiality.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on mortgage market trends and software updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and web-based applications.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote home-office setup with a stable internet connection.
- Prior experience in BPO, sales, or financial services is an advantage.
- Willingness to adapt to U.S. business hours as required by the business operations.
