- Optimize client profiles across business directories, industry databases, and AI-indexed sources
- Analyze citation data to track performance and identify authority-building opportunities
- Collaborate with SEO teams to align citation strategies with AI search ranking factors
- Monitor algorithm updates and adapt citation management protocols accordingly
- Develop and maintain citation health reports for client communications
- Implement cross-platform consistency for NAP (Name, Address, Phone) information
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or citation management
- Familiarity with AI search concepts and ranking signals
- Proficiency in citation management tools (BrightLocal, Moz Local, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
