Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior architects in the development of architectural design concepts and schematic drawings.
- Prepare technical documentation, blueprints, and detailed construction drawings using CAD and BIM software.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure structural, mechanical, and electrical integration.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Participate in client meetings and internal project reviews to provide design updates.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and update databases with architectural specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in a design consultancy or construction firm is an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and local building regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (written and spoken).
