Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the supervision and coordination of daily civil works operations to ensure project progress.
- Support senior engineers in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and adherence to specifications.
- Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and progress updates for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and site personnel to resolve on-site issues.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Participate in design reviews and suggest cost-effective solutions where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and work logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Civil Engineer (or passed the board exam) is a strong advantage.
- 0–2 years of experience in civil works or construction projects; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety standards, and quality control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic site conditions.
- Willing to be assigned in Angat, Bulacan and conduct field work as needed.
