As a key member of our project team, you will work closely with senior engineers to ensure that daily civil works operations are executed according to blueprints, safety standards, and project timelines. You will play a vital role in maintaining quality control, tracking material usage, and ensuring that our projects in the Bohol region continue to meet high-quality industry benchmarks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily supervision and coordination of civil works on-site to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and update daily progress reports, site logs, and documentation for project managers.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Assist in the interpretation of blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering schematics.
- Monitor the delivery and usage of construction materials to prevent wastage and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Support the senior engineering team in resolving technical site issues and responding to unforeseen field challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (or a recent board passer/graduate aiming for licensure).
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site safety standards, and local building codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating with diverse teams.
- High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure in an outdoor field environment.
- Must be willing to be based in Calape, Bohol.
