Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily supervision and coordination of civil work operations on-site.
- Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols and construction standards.
- Prepare and update daily progress reports for management review.
- Collaborate with contractors and sub-contractors to resolve technical issues during construction.
- Assist in the inspection of materials and equipment to ensure quality compliance.
- Provide technical support and documentation for project engineering teams.
- Ensure that all construction activities are aligned with project timelines and budgetary constraints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; license is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site safety, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite (Project, Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse project stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in Kapangan, Benguet.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude for field calculations.
