Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily maintenance and monitoring of database systems to ensure optimal performance and high availability.
- Perform routine database backups, restores, and data migration tasks under supervision.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across all records.
- Support the IT team in troubleshooting database-related issues and responding to user inquiries.
- Document database procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for team reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide technical support.
- Ensure compliance with company data security policies and data privacy regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of database concepts, SQL, and relational database management systems.
- Familiarity with database management tools such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous internship experience or exposure to IT support is considered a strong plus.
