Mineral Alam Abadi Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Jr. Environment Monitoring Officer to join our growing team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our mining operations adhere to the highest standards of environmental preservation and regulatory compliance.
As part of our operations team, you will be responsible for conducting field assessments, monitoring environmental indicators, and reporting data to ensure we maintain our commitment to responsible resource management. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in the natural resources sector while contributing to impactful green initiatives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine field environmental monitoring, including air, water, and soil quality sampling in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Support the environmental team in preparing documentation for AMDAL and UKL-UPL compliance reporting.
- Monitor waste management processes to ensure alignment with company policies and local environmental regulations.
- Collect and organize environmental data for periodic internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential environmental hazards and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of environmental monitoring equipment.
- Participate in community outreach and environmental awareness programs as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Biology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in the mining or energy sector is a distinct advantage.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations (UU Lingkungan Hidup).
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data tabulation and reporting.
- Good analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to operational sites as needed.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Indonesian and English.
