Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and rolling financial forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual results and budgeted projections.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable business insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, accounting standards, and local tax regulations.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and oversee general ledger reconciliations.
- Collaborate with department heads to support cost-control initiatives and resource allocation.
- Support year-end audit processes and provide necessary documentation for external auditors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial controlling.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of PSAK/IFRS accounting standards and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Experience in the agricultural or manufacturing industry is a plus.
