Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor network traffic, performance metrics, and system health using NOC monitoring tools to ensure high availability.
- Respond to and troubleshoot network incidents, alerts, and service tickets in a timely manner.
- Perform routine maintenance, patching, and configuration checks on network devices and servers.
- Assist in the implementation and deployment of network infrastructure upgrades and changes.
- Document network configurations, incident logs, and operational procedures accurately.
- Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve end-user connectivity issues and VPN access problems.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 network stability coverage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Fundamental knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, OSI model, DNS, DHCP, and routing/switching.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Wireshark.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of ITIL service management principles is a plus.
