Join CDO Foodsphere, Inc.'s quality assurance team as a Jr. Quality Assurance Officer and play a vital role in safeguarding our product excellence. In this hands-on position, you'll conduct rigorous evaluation, testing, and inspection of incoming raw materials and packaging supplies from diverse sources including suppliers, external warehouses, and inter-plant transfers. You'll ensure all materials meet stringent quality standards before entering production lines, directly contributing to our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality food products to Filipino consumers. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of incoming raw materials and packaging supplies to verify quality and compliance specifications
- Document all inspection results, test outcomes, and non-conformities in quality management systems
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Monitor storage conditions of materials to prevent contamination or degradation
- Participate in developing and updating quality control procedures and inspection protocols
- Support internal audits and compliance checks related to material quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of material traceability and quality documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in quality assurance, laboratory testing, or manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of quality control methodologies, GMP, HACCP principles, or ISO standards
- Strong attention to detail with ability to identify discrepancies in materials
- Proficiency in documentation systems and quality management software
- Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with teams
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required
