As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will ensure that all products meet stringent safety, hygiene, and quality standards before they reach our customers. This position is perfect for an aspiring QC professional who is keen on learning food safety regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the intricacies of production line monitoring. You will work closely with production staff to identify potential hazards, streamline compliance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing workflows.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections and audits of production lines to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Monitor and document raw material quality upon receipt to ensure integrity before processing.
- Perform regular sensory, physical, and chemical checks on finished products at various stages of production.
- Document and report any deviations from quality standards and assist in identifying root causes.
- Maintain comprehensive records of QC logs, testing results, and production audit reports.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure all laboratory equipment and testing tools are calibrated and maintained in good working condition.
- Assist in conducting regular training sessions on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for production floor personnel.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in food manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong understanding of food safety principles (HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards).
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle deviations in product quality.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and team coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to shifting production schedules.
- High level of integrity and commitment to organizational safety protocols.
