Join FGC+ as a Jr. Systems Administrator/Voice Engineer and become an integral part of our dynamic IT team. Tanggung Jawab
- Support, monitor, and maintain VoIP systems (e.g., PBX, SIP trunking) in hospitality environments
- Troubleshoot network and system issues to minimize downtime
- Configure and manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Perform system backups, updates, and security patches
- Document system configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies
- Provide end-user support and training for communication systems
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in systems administration or VoIP support
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, RTP)
- Experience with VoIP systems (Asterisk, Cisco, Avaya, etc.)
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux administration
- Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS/Azure) and virtualization
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
