In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our college's computer systems, networks, and related infrastructure. You'll work closely with our IT team to troubleshoot issues, implement security measures, and support faculty and staff with their technical needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Implement security measures to protect network systems and data
- Provide technical support to faculty and staff, resolving issues in a timely manner
- Document network infrastructure, system configurations, and procedures
- Assist in the planning and implementation of network upgrades and expansions
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic knowledge of network protocols, systems administration, and IT security
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide technical support to non-technical users
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) are a plus
- Previous experience in an educational institution is preferred
