Join our dynamic team at Darsyafii Islamic School as a Ju-Jitsu Extracurricular Coach and inspire students through the art of martial arts. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to make a positive impact on students' physical and mental development while working in a supportive and modern educational environment.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to lead our extracurricular Ju-Jitsu program. You will have the opportunity to teach students the principles of self-discipline, respect, and physical fitness in a safe and encouraging setting. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Ju-Jitsu techniques and have a strong commitment to fostering a love for martial arts among young learners.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement structured Ju-Jitsu training curricula for students of varying skill levels
- Conduct safe and engaging martial arts sessions focusing on technique, discipline, and sportsmanship
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance
- Organize and coordinate school demonstrations and martial arts events
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols during all training activities
- Maintain accurate attendance and progress records for program evaluation
- Collaborate with school administration to align martial arts programs with educational goals
- Promote character development through martial arts principles (respect, perseverance, humility)
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional Ju-Jitsu coaching or martial arts instruction experience
- Certification in recognized Ju-Jitsu or martial arts program (e.g., Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to mentor youth
- Current First Aid/CPR certification
- Flexibility to work part-time hours during after-school hours (typically 3-6 PM)
- Passion for martial arts education and commitment to student development
- Ability to create an inclusive and motivating learning environment
- Understanding of child safety protocols in physical education settings
