In this role, you will play a pivotal part in acquiring and managing digital platform partnerships. Your mission will be to drive activation and revenue growth by establishing seamless connections via API, plugin, or aggregator integrations. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new digital platform partners to expand Paxel’s ecosystem.
- Manage existing partnerships to ensure high retention and client satisfaction.
- Oversee technical integrations via API, plugins, or aggregator models to ensure seamless functionality.
- Monitor partnership performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Present regular reports on partnership status and growth opportunities to stakeholders.
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand market trends and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce ecosystems and digital integrations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales tracking software is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic technical sales environment.
