Tanggung Jawab
- Record daily financial transactions with precision and timeliness
- Manage and organize financial documentation including invoices, receipts, and statements
- Perform bank reconciliations and account balance verifications
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements for management review
- Assist in the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to maintain healthy cash flow
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (fresh graduates welcome)
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling
- Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
