As a Junior Accounting team member, you will gain hands-on experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, financial reporting, and administrative support. Tanggung Jawab
- Record and process daily financial transactions into the accounting system accurately.
- Maintain and update the company’s general ledger and sub-ledgers.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank and petty cash reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting workflows and improve data integrity.
- Support administrative accounting tasks as required by the Finance Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations (e.g., PPh 21, PPN).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar systems).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
