Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Assist in tax compliance activities including VAT calculations and tax filings
- Record financial transactions using accounting software and maintain accurate general ledgers
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor accounts receivable/payable cycles
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting or Finance from accredited institution
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (SAI) and tax regulations
- Proficient in accounting software (SAP, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information
