CraveFX is looking for a motivated Junior Accounts Executive â Client Services to join our dynamic sales team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by providing topânotch support to existing accounts and proactively generating new business opportunities through outreach and prospecting.
You will work closely with senior account managers to nurture client relationships, identify crossâsell and upâsell possibilities, and ensure our clients receive exceptional service throughout their journey. Your dayâtoâday activities will include tracking pipeline performance, updating CRM records, preparing account reports, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client objectives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by supporting existing client accounts and acquiring new ones.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate client data and pipeline information in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present account reviews, proposals, and sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Report on sales performance, pipeline health, and key account metrics to management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1â2 years of experience in sales, account management, or client services (internship included).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Selfâmotivated, targetâdriven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the banking & financial services industry is a plus.
