Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, test, and iterate complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4, Claude, and Midjourney.
- Analyze AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, tone consistency, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate viral content strategies into scalable AI-driven workflows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot AI performance metrics to optimize for engagement and conversion.
- Maintain a repository of prompt libraries and documentation for internal team usage.
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variants to determine the most effective communication patterns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in prompt engineering, AI ethics, and synthetic media tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience working with Generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and viral content mechanics.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to debug prompt failures.
- Ability to work independently in a remote night-shift environment.
- Familiarity with automation tools or basic scripting (Python/JSON) is a significant advantage.
