Tanggung Jawab
- Perform day-to-day monitoring of critical business applications to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Execute verification procedures to confirm application availability and data integrity.
- Triage, document, and escalate technical incidents according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with global internal teams to resolve application issues and minimize service disruptions.
- Participate in system health checks and routine application maintenance tasks.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes, troubleshooting guides, and incident logs.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration verification of new application releases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of Application Support workflows and ITIL methodologies.
- Experience with monitoring tools or system management platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule or rotational environment if required.
- Proficiency in basic SQL and Windows/Linux server environments is a significant advantage.
