Tall Country Properties is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team in Lipa City. In this role, you will work closely with our senior architectural team to transform innovative concepts into functional, high-quality residential and commercial designs. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from initial conceptualization and drafting to site inspections and coordination with engineering teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with lead architects to develop design concepts, floor plans, and elevation drawings.
- Prepare detailed construction documentation and technical specifications in compliance with local building codes.
- Utilize CAD and BIM software to produce accurate 2D drafts and 3D models.
- Coordinate effectively with structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers to ensure design integrity.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to architectural plans.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, mood boards, and material selections.
- Manage project documentation, including permits and filing requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- A licensed Architect or a recent graduate looking for meaningful mentorship.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of the Philippine National Building Code and local zoning ordinances.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior internship experience in a residential or commercial architecture firm is a plus.
