Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 3D models and architectural visualizations using industry-standard software
- Create photorealistic renderings for client presentations and design documentation
- Prepare comprehensive working drawings including plans, elevations, and technical details
- Collaborate with senior architects on design development and project execution
- Support residential and hospitality projects from conceptual design to completion
- Assist in site visits and construction documentation coordination
- Participate in client meetings and design reviews
- Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and sustainable practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related design field
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Rhino, Revit)
- Strong rendering skills with tools like V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD) for technical drawings
- Understanding of residential and hospitality project requirements
- Attention to detail and precision in documentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating design and visualization capabilities
