As a Junior Architect, you will play a key role in the design and execution of our projects. You will work directly under the supervision of senior architects and project managers, contributing to everything from initial concept sketches and mood boards to detailed construction documents and on-site project coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience who wants to build a solid foundation in architectural practice within a dynamic interior design context.
Your responsibilities will encompass site inspections, space planning, drafting, 3D visualization, and material research. You will liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery. We value cost-awareness and efficient design. You will be expected to propose creative solutions that meet budget constraints without compromising on quality or design integrity.
We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and profound knowledge of design principles and building codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite is required. Knowledge of Revit will be a significant advantage.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in drafting and developing architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Conduct comprehensive site inspections and surveys to gather data, assess existing conditions, and identify design opportunities and constraints.
- Collaborate with the design team in creating space planning layouts, mood boards, and material palettes that align with the client's vision and project budget.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive construction documents, including plans, schedules, and specifications for permit applications and contractor bidding.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure materials and workmanship meet design specifications and project timelines.
- Support cost-aware design initiatives by researching cost-effective materials, finishes, and construction methods without sacrificing design quality.
- Attend project meetings, take detailed minutes, and track action items to ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in architecture, interior design, and building technologies to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Master's Degree is an advantage.
- Licensed Architect (RA) or currently working towards licensure. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Revit and 3D rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion) is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, and local building codes and regulations (National Building Code of the Philippines).
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Quezon City with occasional travel to project sites within Metro Manila.
