Magnu Inc is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent architecture graduate or early-career professional to grow within a creative and collaborative environment.
As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with senior architects and designers to develop design concepts, prepare construction documents, and contribute to various stages of project development. The ideal candidate has a strong design sensibility and proficiency in industry-standard software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with Revit is a strong advantage.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development of architectural designs and concepts under the guidance of senior architects.
- Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Support the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assist in project coordination.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure design intent is achieved.
- Participate in design charrettes and brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas.
- Research materials, building codes, and regulations to inform design decisions.
- Assist in project administration tasks as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with Revit is highly desirable.
- Strong design sensibility and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating design ability and technical skills.
