As a key member of our design team, you will assist in creating innovative architectural solutions for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Your role will involve preparing detailed drawings and specifications, conducting site analysis, and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and specifications using CAD and BIM software.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and documentation to support project development.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity.
- Prepare presentation materials, 3D models, and renderings for client approvals.
- Ensure all designs comply with the National Building Code and local zoning regulations.
- Participate in design reviews and project meetings with senior architects.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, cost estimates, and material specifications.
- Stay abreast of the latest architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university or college.
- Preferably a Licensed Architect (RA) or recent board exam passer. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of design principles, building systems, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and technical ability is required.
