We are currently looking for a talented, creative, and highly detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team. As a Junior Architect at Bajra Dana, you will be at the forefront of the design process. You will be responsible for transforming visionary concepts into tangible technical drawings and 3D models. You will work under the guidance of senior architects, gaining invaluable exposure to the full project lifecycle—from initial sketches and site analysis to construction documentation and final delivery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and refine architectural design concepts based on client requirements and site constraints.
- Produce comprehensive technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and detailed construction sections.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to assist in client presentations and internal reviews.
- Collaborate with the senior design team to ensure all project phases meet architectural standards and client expectations.
- Prepare and organize Development Engineering Design (DED) documents and project specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance on the field.
- Coordinate with external consultants, engineers, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).
- High proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion; Revit knowledge is a plus.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methods.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills to present design ideas clearly.
- Current residence in Bali or a willingness to relocate to the Badung area.
- A portfolio demonstrating a strong eye for design and technical accuracy.
