Tanggung Jawab
- Develop architectural designs and detailed technical drawings under senior guidance
- Assist in preparing design documentation including plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations
- Conduct site analysis, surveys, and documentation of existing conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers and urban planners
- Research and integrate sustainable materials and innovative construction methods
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian building codes and zoning regulations
- Participate in client presentations and design iteration processes
- Support project coordination and documentation management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related design field
- 0-2 years professional experience in architectural practice
- Proficiency in CAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design sensibility and technical skills
- Understanding of Indonesian building codes and construction standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Detail-oriented with precision in technical documentation
