As a Junior Architect, you will be immersed in the full lifecycle of architectural design. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior architects in the preparation of detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and architectural drawings.
- Develop 2D and 3D models and renderings using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Conduct site visits to perform site analysis, measurements, and feasibility studies for new projects.
- Review project specifications and ensure all designs comply with local building codes and zoning laws.
- Prepare and update construction documentation, including schedules, material lists, and blueprints.
- Collaborate with engineers and interior designers to integrate structural and mechanical systems into the design.
- Revise and refine designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (recent graduates are welcome).
- Strong foundation in architectural principles, building materials, construction methods, and design software.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar CAD/BIM tools is highly preferred.
- Excellent drafting and technical drawing skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends.
- Knowledge of Philippine building regulations is a plus.
