Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for building projects
- Prepare conceptual sketches, 3D models, and detailed construction documents
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and feasibility studies for new projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders during design phases
- Present design concepts and progress updates to team members and clients
- Support project documentation including material schedules and cost estimates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) and BIM tools
