In this role, you will play a crucial part in bringing architectural and interior concepts to life, working closely with senior architects on a diverse portfolio of projects.
You will have the opportunity to participate in every phase of the design process, from initial conceptual brainstorming and drafting to final 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the senior design team to develop architectural and interior concepts.
- Prepare detailed 2D technical drawings, floor plans, and construction documentation.
- Create high-quality 3D models and interior/exterior renderings to support client presentations.
- Assist in the selection and specification of materials, finishes, and furniture.
- Participate in design meetings and provide constructive input on project development.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all designs comply with local building regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an architectural firm (internships considered).
- Proficiency in professional software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong visualization skills with experience in rendering tools like V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.
- Deep understanding of construction materials, technical detailing, and interior design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
