AQM Interior Services is looking for a creative Junior Architect/Interior Designer to join our dynamic studio in Bacoor City, Cavite. We believe in fostering talent and providing a platform for young professionals to grow their careers in the design industry.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse residential and commercial projects, gaining hands-on experience in the full design process. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of architectural and interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Create 3D models and photorealistic renderings using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Revit.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary data.
- Collaborate with the senior design team to develop design concepts and material selections.
- Prepare presentation boards and design proposals for client meetings.
- Update project files and maintain accurate documentation throughout the design lifecycle.
- Assist in the selection of furniture, fixtures, and finishes based on project budgets and style.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Keen eye for detail and a passion for modern design trends.
