Our firm in Taman Desa is seeking a dedicated and creative Junior Architect (Part 1) to join our dynamic design team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience, work on diverse architectural projects, and collaborate with experienced industry professionals.

As a Junior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our project lifecycle from conceptual design through to construction documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior architects in the preparation of design concepts and preliminary sketches.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation using CAD and BIM software.
- Prepare submission drawings for local authorities and ensure compliance with building regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct site visits and assist in site analysis and progress reporting.
- Support the design team with 3D modeling, rendering, and physical model making.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure design intent is upheld throughout the construction phase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Architecture (Part 1) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of fundamental architectural principles and construction techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design creativity and technical drafting proficiency.
