- Create and manage architectural designs, technical drawings, and 3D presentations using industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Lead sales presentations and client consultations, effectively communicating design concepts and value propositions to secure new business.
- Plan, script, and host weekly vlogs showcasing project progress, design tips, and company culture across social media platforms to build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content strategy that drives engagement and generates qualified leads.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the architectural and construction sectors in Davao and beyond.
- Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and compliance requirements to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and secure referrals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Licensed Architect (RA) or fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in architectural design and a knack for visual storytelling and multimedia content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino, with the ability to present complex ideas simply.
- Comfortable and charismatic on camera with demonstrated experience in vlogging, presenting, or public speaking (please provide links to your work).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
- Demonstrated sales aptitude, customer service orientation, and strong negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Davao City and travel to client/project sites as required.
