Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a regional sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement localized sales strategies for Jakarta Timur, Bekasi, and Karawang to penetrate the market effectively.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance, provide on-the-job coaching, and ensure high sales productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, pharmacy partners, and healthcare providers within the assigned territory.
- Analyze regional sales data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance dashboards for senior management.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with company standards, policies, and health regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales management or field sales, preferably in the FMCG, Pharma, or Retail industry.
- Proven track record of managing a sales team and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory (Jakarta Timur, Bekasi, Karawang).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance coaching.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools.
