Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble components and sub‑assemblies following work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Perform in‑process quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Document production data, including quantities, non‑conformances, and corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Follow safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with engineers and senior technicians to resolve assembly issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum NTC/NITEC or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Prior internship or entry‑level experience in a production setting is advantageous but not required.
