Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately using proper techniques and equipment
- Monitor baking processes, adjusting temperatures and timing as needed for optimal results
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and equipment at all times
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of baking supplies
- Package finished products attractively for display and sale
- Follow food safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and food preparation
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
